Tropical Islands Berlin: One Day Ticket

We absolutely loved it, as adults and children. We arrived around 12 noon, to my surprise, only one open desk was available for check-in as a day ticket. One more open desk would have made better people flow, as it was Sunday and a large number of people arrived.nnClearly, when we arrived, all the close sunbeds near the beach pool were taken, so if you want to secure the best spots, I advise arriving at the opening time of 8am.nThere is so much to do, explore, and activities. The outside Amazon area was my favourite. Warm steamy water in - 7°C outside temperature.nThe wristband I got did not fit perfectly on me; it kept opening, until finally it got lost. I reported to Lost&Found desk. I thought that in the worst-case scenario, I would have to pay a fee for losing it. What I didn't know was that the adult wristband got a credit limit of 200€. I'm not sure if there are any in children's wristbands, and to my surprise, I had a 160€ bill extra for someone's food and drinks. So someone found it and used it to pay for their food and drinks. Unfortunately, I had to pay for it, you cannot leave. This was the only downside; they may need to think about how to make the wristband safer in terms of how they hold it on the arm and transaction-wise.

We were there in end of December 2025 and it was all perfect. Were worried about temperature after reading reviews online. But trust me guys we were there with 2 kids and the temperature of Dome and of water was so well maintained and perfect. Temperature is not an issue at all. You feel cosy and warm inside, just perfectly balanced. Neat and clean area, nice food court. Kids enjoyed alot. I recommend it highly and I think it will be perfect to visit this place in winters. Recommended 👍🏻

I think as a value for money this place is great. We came around 10 and left around 20 and the time flew. Our 4 year old was absolutely amazed. They also cater to pretty much any age group, so fun us adults was also plenty.nSauna landscape was diverse and staff on the reception and in the spa kind and accommodating.nNow, having said that it is OBVIOUSLY very busy. But to all of those people who complain about it in the reviews I honestly would ask & what did you expect? The place has a capacity of multiple thousands per day, of course it's gonna be busy.nThe only couple negatives I will point out: 1. Better healthier food selection would be fantastic. Since you are likely to have multiple meals there a bit of a more variety from fried stuff would be cool 2. They could do a slightly better job cleaning tables in the food court during peak hours, was rough to find a clean table 3. The massage rooms are a bit cold. Which is actually weird by comparison because everywhere else is very very warm.
