We bought the fast track tickets. They were absolutely worth it. There’s a nice portion of the terraces where only those on the elevator can see so it’s not quite as crowded. Once you get to where the stairs come up it’s much busier but still manageable. The views were amazing. We lucked out with great weather.

You walk among the ornate marble spires and statues, and get a panoramic view over the city, a perfect place to take it all in. Tip: Go early in the morning to avoid the crowds and enjoy the quiet beauty of Milan from above. From the top, we could also spot the Velasca Tower in the distance, such a cool contrast between old and modern Milan.nnHeading back down into the cathedral itself, we were in awe of the gothic architecture, towering columns, and vibrant stained glass windows. It’s a place full of wonder and history.nn✨ Don’t miss it. Go up, go inside, and give yourself time to take in the full experience. An unforgettable highlight of Milan.

Wonderful place to visit with so much to see. Another beautiful church in Duomo di Milano definitely worth checking out. Make sure you get roof access for the view — it’s wonderful.nnThe basement tour isn’t flashy, but it’s interesting because it shows how the church was built and evolved over the centuries.

El Duomo in Milan was one of the most breathtaking landmarks I’ve ever seen. The moment you walk into the square, the cathedral’s incredible gothic architecture completely captures your attention—every detail, every spire, every carving is stunning up close.nnThe inside is just as impressive, with soaring ceilings, beautiful stained glass, and an atmosphere that feels both grand and peaceful. But the rooftop was my favorite part. Walking along the terraces and seeing the city from above while standing among the intricate marble spires is an unforgettable experience.nnEverything is well-organized, and the staff were helpful throughout the visit. Whether you’re into history, architecture, or just want a truly awe-inspiring moment, El Duomo is a must-see when in Milan.

When in Milan, add the Duomo tour to your must see list. There are several options to choose, we did the a full tour including walk on top (lots of steps but worth it if your able). Gothic architecture- Beautiful!
