I had an excellent experience with SRM Holidays. Both drivers I travelled with Jamil (for my day trip to the Taj Mahal) and Harjeet (for my airport transfer), were outstanding. The cars were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the pricing was very fair. Jamil was professional, friendly, and made the long drive to Agra easy and enjoyable. Harjeet was punctual, helpful, and got me to the airport smoothly and stress-free. Both were genuinely good people — polite, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend SRM Holidays to anyone looking for reliable, well-organised private travel around Delhi and Agra.

Our driver Rashesh was nothing short of extraordinary, and we feel incredibly grateful to have shared this journey through India’s Golden Triangle with him. He didn’t just drive us, he became a meaningful part of our adventure. Thanks to Rashesh, we experienced the very best of Delhi, Jaipur, a joyful detour to Ranthambore to see the majestic tigers, and Agra, where standing before the magnificent Taj Mahal was truly unforgettable. We booked with SRM holidays for golden triangle 6D trip. It was incredibly pleasant and Ashu our driver was professional and accommodated our requests to visit some interesting places outside our itinerary. Since mamy places in Delhi was closed due to Republic day security and being National holiday. Vivek helped us coordinate the travel booking and payments and was responsive. We had a really nice time with the travel and arrangements. Only request to consider from our experience is the hotel choice in Delhi at Hotel Regent grand was not good. Stay in Agra and Jaipur was pleasant. Many thanks again for the trip and it's organization.

Had a comfortable journey with SRM. We had booked Delhi Agra Vrindavan mathura travel package. The cab was clean and well-maintained, and our driver Mr.Pappan Khan was polite and professional. Driving was safe, and the trip was smooth overall. Would recommend this cab service. Special mention about Tour Manager Mr. Vivek Singh too for coordinating and making sure we were comfortable all through our journey.
