The overall experience was really good for the children, and they genuinely enjoyed the activities. One area that could be improved is the level of involvement and friendliness of the activity managers. While there is no complaint as such, a bit more engagement, warmth, and child-friendly interaction would go a long way. Children naturally respond better to smiling, calm, and approachable faces—seeing stressed or disengaged expressions can affect their experience. With some training or by hiring people who are naturally good with kids, this could become even better. That said, we had some amazing experiences as well—especially with the fire truck team and the Dabbawala providers, who were engaging and memorable. In a few other places, it felt like the providers were simply doing their job rather than creating an interactive experience, which made a noticeable difference. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a little more focus on human interaction and engagement, it has the potential to be excellent.

KidZania is one of the finest place for kids. They can literally play all day here, without keeping parents worrying. The place is full of interactive and learning games, which help the kids in learning with fun! There are art sections, games, training centres, mini factories and a lot more!! • KidZania comes with a trackable belt tag, which is attached to both, the parent and the kid, from which the parent can track kids' location. • There are fun art and craft games, culinary activities and a lot more! • There are so many tiny brand factories which helps the kids to learn the process and know how things are made! • Kids get Kidzo cash which they can use to play inside. A few games cost KidZo cash and there are games where kids can earn KidZo! • There's a mock city inside, well thought and beautiful. This enables a kid to experience, just like real life! • There are also good food cafes inside. I would highly recommend this place for every kid!

Really innovative concept for a children’s amusement park where they earn the value of hard earned money and get a feel of various professions. The brand placements were amusing but also appropriate for the location and my 5 year old had a lot of fun working at the parle G biscuit factory, dental clinic, construction site, as a pilot in the air india flight simulator, DHL as a delivery person etc. It’s great to see the staff being so helpful and patient with the kids, especially all the kids doing deliveries and window cleaning etc. They never broke the immersion even when they were in the middle of their own activities, kudos to the team. Food on site was great as well with lot of variety. My kid earned 37 kidzania bucks even after spending on activities and was really proud of herself! They have an option to deposit it in their bank and have it earn interest or purchase items in their department store if a kid earns beyond 50. Few areas of improvement - 1. Hefty entrance fee. They seem to allow kids younger than 4 but they don’t have much to do inside as most activities were 4+/6+ and I could see some parents were frustrated - they should lower the fee for these age groups and also consider a lower fee for adults. 2. Sound pollution - The parade + music + fire truck + ambulance and all the other noises at the same time was deafening at one point and there’s no way that’s a healthy decibel level for kids. They need to reduce the volume of these activities by 50% and ensure they alternate these high noise making activities. 3 Waiting times became really annoying early afternoon and they need some zones or suggestions for what activities don’t need a wait. 4. This place desperately needs a physical map as well as map stations placed in areas so it’s easy to identify what’s around.

It's a wonderful, engaging and entertaining place for kids. I feel it's good for 5-12yrs old kids only. Well designed and maintained. ONLY issue is queuing after every activity which is tiring and time consuming for kids
